US Falls to Agnon

Agnon was the more agressive team early and did not waste their chances. They doubled up US and took a 2-0 lead into half. US came out with more intensity in the second half and that hard work paid off when Justin Bingaman
(1)
scored his first goal of the season in his debut for the Preppers. It was a beautiful sequence as Robby Stroup took control of the ball in midfield and sent Joshua White down the left flank. DJ crossed the ball to the opposite post where Justin put the ball past the beaten keeper to get US on the board. US would have several chances to tie the score, but did not find the netting. Agnon hit back for a third goal to retain their two goal lead. Trent Dennis (2) cut the lead to one again on a beautiful play that came from his hard work up front for the Preppers. Trent stole the ball off the left fullback did a 360 and spun around for a powerful shot from 16 yards out that found it's way to the upper part of the netting past Agnon's keeper. Agnon would finish the game off with goal in the last minute to finish off the scoring for the day.

Scotty Weinberger, James Husni, Grant Nassif, Steve Merrick, and Trent King had strong games for US. The team is next in action tomorrow as they battle Old Trail at home.
