Squash Team Completes Stellar Season

The Varsity Squash Team finished their season by winning the consolation bracket of the Division ll National Championship at the Arlen Specter U.S. Squash Center in Philadelphia this weekend. In the consolation draw, they defeated Phillips Exeter 6-1, Tabor Academy 4-3, and Milton Academy 5-2.

Their success during the regular season bumped them into the tougher Division II for this tournament. In past years, the team has won the National Championship in Divisions III, IV, and V. US Squash finished with their highest national ranking, placing them among the top 25 of the 112 teams competing at this national tournament.

With an impressive final record of 16-3, they maintain their #1 ranking in the 61-team scholastic division, a division containing all of the schools around the country that are not part of a regional league.

Congratulations to the players, Head Coach Jon Bridge, and Assistant Coaches Coach Craig Mueller and Cyril Andrews '22 on another impressive season.
