Mike Perrino was named Varsity Lacrosse Coach at University School in 2025, and he also serves as an Assistant to the Athletic Department at the Upper School.
Coach Perrino brings a proven record of success at both the NCAA Division I and Division III levels, along with professional playing experience. Most recently, he served as assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Robert Morris University, where he helped guide the Colonials to the 2025 Northeast Conference regular season and tournament championships and an NCAA Tournament appearance. His teams finished among the national Top 20 in multiple statistical categories, and more than 15 players earned individual honors, including two All-America selections.
Prior to his time at Robert Morris, Coach Perrino coached at Baldwin Wallace University, where his team won a program-record 16 straight games, as well as at St. John Fisher University, Ohio Wesleyan University, and John Carroll University, where his teams captured multiple conference championships.
As a player, Mr. Perrino competed at the Division I level at Canisius College before joining the Ohio Machine, where he was part of the 2017 Major League Lacrosse Championship team. A graduate of Solon High School, Coach Perrino and his wife, Nicole, reside in Solon.
