Regional Titles
US Lacrosse
Hans Rydquist was named Varsity Lacrosse Coach at University School in 2015, and he also serves as a Science teacher for Grades K-4 in the Lower School at US.
Often recognized as one of the top programs in Ohio, Mr. Rydquist’s teams were Regional Champions in 2016 and 2017. Mr. Rydquist has coached several players who went on to compete at the NCAA Division I and Division III levels after earning All-Ohio, All-America, and Academic All-America honors.
Prior to US, Coach Rydquist served as the Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Jackson High School from 2013-15 and at Solon High School from 2005-12 where he was named Ohio High School Coach of the Year in 2008.
Mr. Rydquist earned his BA in Early Childhood Education from Wittenberg University and is completing his MA in Biology from Miami University. He and his wife, Lindsay, have two children: Augie and Aurora.
